Thank you for your attention and support to Yeong Guan Energy. Yeong Guan-KY (1589) announced its consolidated revenue of NT$ 647 million for Sep 2024. This represents an increase of 4.29% MoM and a decrease of -2.49% YoY.  In terms of the shipment, we delivered 14,286 tons in Sep, an increase of 1.56% MoM and an increase of 8.63% YoY. Shipments and revenue in September increased compared with the previous month. The number of shipped tons was a new high since February this year, and revenue also reached a new high this year.

Today, Yeong Guan Group also announced the disposal of real estate on behalf of its subsidiary Yeong chen Asia Pacific Co., Ltd. The subject matter is land and buildings in Guanyin industrial area, Taoyuan City. The total transaction amount is NT$655,000, and the estimated proceeds from the disposal are approximately NT$520,335.
